General Facility Rules

Keeping Your Experience Safe, Fun, and Truly Epic

At Epic Entertainment, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. To ensure every guest has an amazing time, we kindly ask everyone to follow the rules below. By entering our facility, you agree to comply with all safety policies, staff instructions, and attraction guidelines.

1. General Conduct

  • Please be respectful to fellow guests and our staff at all times.
  • No running, pushing, rough play, or disruptive behavior inside the facility.
  • Profanity, inappropriate gestures, or unsafe actions will not be tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to remove any guest acting in a way that endangers others.

2. Supervision of Children

  • Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
  • Adults are responsible for the behavior and safety of the minors they accompany.
  • Please remain inside the facility while your child participates in any activity.

3. Attraction Safety Rules

  • Follow all posted signs and instructions from attraction attendants.
  • Participate only in activities appropriate for your age, size, and physical condition.
  • Safety gear (helmets, harnesses, closed-toe shoes, etc.) must be worn when required.
  • Guests who fail to follow safety instructions may be removed from the attraction with no refund.

4. Health & Medical Restrictions

  • Some attractions may not be suitable for individuals with heart conditions, back or neck issues, pregnancy, or other health concerns.
  • If you are unsure whether an activity is safe for you, please speak with a staff member before participating.
  • Epic Entertainment is not responsible for injuries resulting from pre-existing conditions.

5. Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for water bottles and items required for medical needs or infants.
  • All other snacks and meals must be purchased from the Epic Café.
  • No food or drinks are allowed on attractions or gaming lanes.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Epic Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Please keep valuables secured at all times.
  • Loose items may not be taken on certain attractions (e.g., phones, keys, wallets, hats).

7. Clothing & Dress Code

  • Guests must wear shoes and shirts at all times unless an attraction requires otherwise.
  • Closed-toe shoes are required for select activities.
  • Clothing with offensive language or graphics is not permitted.

8. Prohibited Items

For everyone’s safety, the following are not allowed inside the facility:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances
  • Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes (designated smoking areas are outside)
  • Pets (except certified service animals)

9. Tickets, Wristbands & Payments

  • Wristbands/tickets are non-transferable and must be worn at all times.
  • Lost wristbands will require repurchase.
  • All attractions close 15 minutes before facility closing time.

10. Photo & Video Policy

  • By entering, you grant Epic Entertainment permission to use photos/videos taken on-site for marketing purposes.
  • Guests may take personal photos, but professional photography requires management approval.
  • No filming in restricted or private areas.

11. Liability Waiver

  • Some attractions require a signed waiver.
  • All guests must complete the waiver honestly and accurately.
  • Refusal to sign will result in restricted access to certain activities.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Epic Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who:

  • Violates facility rules
  • Shows signs of intoxication
  • Harasses staff or guests
  • Poses a safety risk to themselves or others

Refunds will not be issued for rule violations.
